These general purchase conditions regulate the acquisition, through the website http://www.bellverd.com.

In compliance with article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, the identifying data of this entity are presented below.

To make the purchase it is necessary that the Customer is registered on the website http://www.bellverd.com. and accept the general conditions. The acceptance of the General Conditions of Purchase will mean the express, full and unreserved acceptance of all the General Conditions of Purchase.

HURTOS ARBAT, SL You can unilaterally modify, at any time you deem appropriate, the configuration of this website, the conditions of service and its content, as well as eliminate, limit or suspend them temporarily or permanently, as well as prevent access to them, trying to inform the user of these changes through their email or through their publication on the website, whenever circumstances allow.

The action of buying through the website www.bellverd.com is intended for end consumers, in the sense established by Law 26/1984, of July 19, general for the defense of consumers and users, and for own consumption of the client or of the persons on whose behalf the client is legally authorized to act. Therefore, wholesale companies, distributors, purchasing centers, department stores, other professional intermediaries in the food sector and related sectors are excluded from the service.

By virtue of the above, the resale of products purchased through www.bellverd.com is totally prohibited. As a Customer, you declare to be of legal age and have sufficient legal capacity to be bound by these General Purchase Conditions in contracting with HURTOS ARBAT, SL .

REGISTERED CUSTOMERS

Registration as a customer is completely free.

The access codes (username and password) are personal and non-transferable, and it is the Customer's obligation to ensure their custody, good use and integrity. Likewise, the client is solely responsible for the choice, loss, theft or unauthorized use of any password or identification code and the consequences that may arise.

HURTOS ARBAT, SL reserves the right to cancel the username and password of those users who maintain debit or unpaid balances.

HURTOS ARBAT, SL guarantees the price of the day the purchase is made, regardless of the day the delivery is made. All prices shown on www.bellverd.com include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). 

The images of the products that the Client can view on the website are shown for identification and descriptive purposes, and may be different from those finally delivered.

HURTOS ARBAT, SL reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the prices of the products, as well as to suspend or cancel their sale temporarily or permanently.

The validity of the offers will be monthly/daily/quarterly.

PREPARATION AND DELIVERY OF THE ORDER

HURTOS ARBAT, SL guarantees the existence of all the products that are offered in www.bellverd.com, in case of not having the availability of the same for all the clients and the required volumes, the Client will be informed of this circumstance.

The order will be delivered to the address indicated in the established time slot or the customer may pick it up at one of the authorized points of sale within a term of 8 to 10 business days from the express acceptance of the consumer.

Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday, except national, regional and local holidays, within business hours. At the time of delivery, the Client will identify himself and will have to sign the order delivery note as the order has been delivered and accepted.

HURTOS ARBAT, SL will not assume any responsibility for the delay in the delivery of orders when this delay is the sole fault of the buyer.

In the event that the client observes any anomaly at the time of delivery (damaged packaging, lack of product, or deteriorated) they must note it on the delivery note of the carrier, and contact the number (0034) 609 36 77 11 by phone. With customer service, within the first 24 hours of receipt.

No returns will be accepted for damaged items, or claims for missing items, if they have not been communicated within the established deadlines.

Currently HURTÓS ARBAT SL  offers home delivery service within the European Community, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

RETURNS

In the event of an error, you have a period of 72 hours to make the pertinent claims.

Once this period has expired, we will understand that the receipt of the merchandise has been satisfactory.

HURTOS ARBAT, SL does not assume responsibility for delays caused by the customs services of the countries of receipt or circulation of the goods.

In case of not being able to meet the delivery deadline HURTOS ARBAT, SL notifies its customers and informs them of the reason for the delay and proposes alternative solutions.

Deliveries are not made to post office boxes.

The Client can process the return within a period of 7 working days from the receipt of the order, by sending an email to info@bellverd.comattaching a copy of the delivery note, purchase ticket or invoice. Postage will be borne by the Customer.

In the case of international shipments, the order tracking number (“tracking number”) assigned by the transport company must also be indicated.

The right of withdrawal will not apply in the event that it is a product made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. HURTOS ARBAT, SL undertakes to return the amounts paid within a period of 30 days.
We treat returns preferentially.

In this case, the client will indicate the order number in the "Concept" so that the Orders Department can expedite the verification process. In the event that the transfer is not received within the following 10 business days, the order will be cancelled.

This payment method is valid only for transfers made from Spanish entities.


PRICES AND TAXES

The prices of the products in the shopping cart include value added tax (VAT) but do not include shipping costs. These are calculated at the time of processing the order.

Purchases made by natural persons domiciled in the Member States of the European Union will be subject to VAT.

Purchases made by individuals or legal entities residing in countries outside the European Union are exempt from VAT. Due to their tax regime, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are considered non-EU territories.
