When will I receive my order?
If we have the item in stock, delivery is by parcel courier with delivery concept in 2/3 days. It is essential to provide a contact phone number active for the carrier. Make sure the shipping information is correct and that, if returned, the next shipment will be paid by the customer.
If the order is placed on a weekend or holiday, the shipment will take place the next working day. When payment is made by transfer, shipping will remain pending until proof of payment.
I can change my delivery after placing your order?
Once we have shipped your order to the shipping address you provided, we can not change the shipping information. If you are not in the delivery address when the packet arrives, the courier will leave a letter of warning to get in touch to arrange another time or you can go pick it up at the office messaging.
How I can know the shipping charges before buying?

What if I'm not at home when the package arrives?
If the courier can not leave it to someone you trust, it will leave a warning letter for you to contact the courier office and arrange another time. If after two attempts, the package can not be delivered will be returned to our offices and we will contact you.
